Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application or service provided by Niblem ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our software.

These terms apply to all Niblem applications, websites, and services — including desktop applications, mobile applications, and associated online services such as license validation.

License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, Niblem grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the application on the number of devices specified at the time of purchase.

• You may install the application on your own devices within the stated device limit
• You may make a backup copy for personal archival purposes
• Your license is for personal or internal business use only
• Free versions may be used without purchase, subject to limitations stated within the application

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the application or your license key to third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our applications
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or disable our licensing or activation systems
• Use automated tools to abuse our license validation API

Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed by our third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase you agree to their terms as well as ours.

• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may be subject to local taxes
• Licenses are issued once payment is confirmed
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes do not affect existing purchases

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. We offer refunds at our discretion in the following cases:

• The application fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days
• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not activated the license on more than one device

License Activation & Device Limits

Each purchased license is valid for a specific number of devices as stated at the time of purchase. You may deactivate a device to free a slot and activate on a different device.

Updates & Support

Updates within the same major version are generally provided at no additional cost. We reserve the right to charge for major version upgrades. We provide best-effort support via email and aim to respond within 3 business days.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Niblem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our applications.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All Niblem applications — including their design, code, graphics, and content — are the intellectual property of Niblem and protected by applicable copyright law. These terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited license described above.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies in your possession.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time and will update the "Last updated" date accordingly. Continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
